200 Mile Altitude Challenge Prep

Brett’s fitness training expertise was instrumental in preparing me for the 200 mile John Muir Trail high altitude challenge. He is an outstanding fitness expert with a great supportive, enthusiastic style. Brett was very astute in recognizing my strengths and weaknesses (opportunities) and designed a program that was challenging, achievable, effective and affordable. His full body workout program utilizes varied muscle group exercises and tempo to ensure optimal muscle building & tone, cardiovasular stamina, and fat-burning. He also provides very helpful nutritional instruction that complements the training regiment for ideal results. Brett is a pleasure to work with and it’s a sincere honor and privilege to train with a such a fine Navy SEAL.
